Rules in Swimming Sports
In swimming, there are a number of rules that are implemented in championships. Following bearathlon are a number of provisions:
Players are asked to climb onto the starting block (free type, back, chest) once the referee gives the signal by blowing a long syringe. If the backstroke is being contested, participants enter the pool to prepare facing the wall.
To jump or shoot, participants must wait for orders. When there is no signal to start, the participants are still in the starting position. The referee’s order is in the form of a “ready” command.
It must be understood, the starting position for the back type is by gripping the iron at the bottom of the starting block. Meanwhile, the swimmer’s feet are placed on the pool wall. The knees are conditioned to bend between two arms, you guys.
For freestyle, breaststroke and butterfly swimming, the starting position is bent over facing the water above the starting block. Keep your knees bent.
When the gun is fired, it means the swimmer has started to enter the pool and start swimming.
Make sure the swimmers’ positions are in their respective tracks which have been decided during the draw or by the committee’s rules.
Disrupting other participants by cutting the pass or otherwise not being allowed will be written as a violation.
If a violation occurs that causes the participant to lose the opportunity to win, the match leader can make a decision to allow the participant to return in the next session.
After arriving at the end of the pool, participants return to their starting point by doing it from the wall. It’s not enough to return from the bottom of the pool.
At certain times, swimmers may need to stand in the pool. As long as the participant does not walk in the pool, this does not result in the participant being disqualified.
Backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly stroke and freestyle are the positions in relay swimming competitions.
In relay swimming, swimmers who want to join the relay are not allowed to jump or their feet do not touch the starting place first before the swimmer first touches the wall of the pool. If this is done, the team could be disqualified. If the swimmer repeats his place, it won’t be a problem.
Each swimming participant must finish the race on the same track.
